I went to Colin not really knowing what to expect as I was lost and in a rut, and needed to do something about it. Colin became more than just a Counsellor, offerong a safe place which let me get my own worries off my chest. After spending time with Colin I am now happy and take each day as it comes and I am very happy to recommend him.

Colin has helped me get out of a place where I didn’t want to be. He has helped me change my mindset and outlook on life. With Colin I learned to put myself first more often and he helped me understand why this is so important. I was nervous about talking to someone and didn’t know how I would feel about sharing my emotions however he immediately made me feel so comfortable and I was able to open up without any doubts. I would recommend counselling to anyone in need, thanks again Colin for all the help and support.

Since being in counselling with Colin I have been able to calm my inner turmoil and find strength to keep moving forward during a very difficult time in my life. He has helped me to understand that it is the negative and the positive experiences in life that shape who I am and that I do not need to be afraid or ashamed of the negative. Today I am able to confront the negative self-talk and work through to a place of strength, and counselling has helped me control the whirlwind that has been going through my mind throughout this trying time in my life.
