Who Can I Help and Support

There are many life events that can have an impact on our mental health which may include: relationships, unemployment, abuse, work issues, social exclusion, family issues, Covid, loneliness, loss and bereavement

Attending counselling has been proven to lead to life improvement and how you feel about yourself.

As part of my Counselling practice I offer face-to-face sessions to both adults (male and female) and young people (aged 11+) who often present with some of the concerns listed below:

  • Anger
  • Anxiety/Stress
  • Bereavement and Loss
  • Coercive Control
  • Depression
  • Domestic Abuse
  • Low Self-Esteem
  • Relationship Issues
  • Self-Harm
  • Sexual Abuse
  • Social Isolation
  • Suicidal Thoughts

If your concern is not on the list above please feel free to contact me and we can discuss how I can best support you.

Counselling is confidential, and face-to-face sessions are carried out at my room in East Kilbride Village (South Lanarkshire), where there is ample parking space and also close to the main rail link to Glasgow and local bus station.

Prior to arranging your first session I offer a free phone or face-to-face consultation if that is something that you would require.
