Who Can I Help and Support

There are many life events that can have an impact on our mental health which may include: relationships, unemployment, school issues, social exclusion, family concerns, loneliness, loss and bereavement.

As part of my Counselling practice I offer both face-to-face and online sessions to both adults (male and female) and young people (aged 11+) who often present with some of the concerns listed below:

  • Anger
  • Anxiety/Stress
  • Bereavement and Loss
  • Bullying
  • Coercive Control
  • Depression
  • Domestic Abuse
  • Low Self-Esteem
  • Relationship Issues
  • Self-Harm
  • Sexual Abuse
  • Social Isolation
  • Suicidal Thoughts

Counselling is confidential, and face-to-face sessions are carried out at my room in East Kilbride Village (South Lanarkshire), where there is ample parking space and also close to the main rail link to Glasgow and local bus station.

Prior to arranging your first session I offer a free phone or face-to-face consultation if that is something that you would require.

If your concern is not on the list above please feel free to contact me and we can discuss how I can best support you.

Counselling for Young People

Sadly not all young people who require to see a School Counsellor can find it easy to access the service.

If you have concern about your child then please just email or message me using the contact details above.
